Deborah L. “Deb” Forry, 71, of York, died on March 17, 2022 at York Hospital. She was the wife of Zane E. Forry of York. Born in Chicago, IL on August 8, 1950, she was the daughter of Sherry Mathis (Coffey) and the late Ben Mathis and wife Mary Mathis. Deb was co-owner of Mom’s Diner in East York with Wanda Poff. Deb and her husband Zane also owned Forry’s Country Store in Cross Fork, PA. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter Lori Young and her husband Bert of Yorkana, Kelley Arena and her husband Jude, two stepsons, Zane Forry, Jr. and his wife Jan of York, and George Michael Forry of VA. She is also survived by two grandchildren Ethan Young and Amber Forry, two nephews Andreas and Dante, and a brother, Ben Mathis. She was preceded in death by her son Michael Weber Jr. and a sister Vicki Wildeson. A Celebration of Life party will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Post 7045, 341 Yorkana Road, Hallam, PA 17406.
