View Tribute Book Funeral services for Mrs. Dean Davis, age 80, of Baxter, will be held Thursday, December 22nd at 1pm at the Dyer Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Bro. Dwight Fuqua will officiate. Interment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Thursday from 11am until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Davis passed away Monday, December 19, 2022 at Signature Healthcare of Putnam County. She was born July 22, 1942 in Putnam County, TN to the late Hillmon and Notie Dilldine Bussell. Mrs. Dean was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, gardening and canning. She was a member of Bussell Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Davis. She is survived by her daughters, Jammie Johnson and Dana Campbell; a brother, Richard “Bud” Bussell, all of Cookeville; grandchildren, Geoffrey Johnson, Sam Johnson, Logan Campbell and Kennady Campbell.
