David M. Strelec, 72, of Union City, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022. He was born in Greensburg, PA on January 3, 1950, son of the late Andrew and Anna Immel Strelec. Dave is survived by his beloved wife, Beverley Raisner, his stepchildren, Dylan Raisner of Union City and Gwyndolyn Mohler, her husband, Ian, and son Remy of Charlotte, North Carolina; his sister, Loretta Giallonardo and her husband, Tony, of Greensburg, and nephews Richard Cancro, Jr. and David Cancro. Dave retired from a process instrumentation company as Global Director of Sales and Marketing and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. But his true passion was his dog, Rags, who he spoiled with daily truck rides and too many treats. Dave always prioritized love of God, family and friends above all else. Friends may call at the St. Boniface Catholic Church, 9367 Wattsburg Rd., on Monday, November 7 from 10 AM until 11 AM. A Funeral Mass follows at 11 AM with interment at Mount of Olives cemetery across from the church.
