D’Alessio, 80, of Lansdale, received her angel wings on Monday, November 28, 2022. Born November 1, 1942 in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Edmund and Victoria (Kalinowski) Konczakowski. Carole grew up in Ardsley, and attended elementary school at Queen of Peace. She graduated from the former Cardinal Dougherty High School in Philadelphia. Earlier in life, Carole was employed in the healthcare industry and held various office positions. Her hobbies included crafting, reading, crocheting, sewing baby bundles, taking walks on the beach, and picking up seashells. She also enjoyed volunteering at Stitches of Love. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandson. Her family and friends will remember her for her smile, laughter and great sense of humor. Survivors include her daughter, Teena Kulp of Lansdale; grandson, Dale Kulp; brother, Frank Konczakowski (Jayne) of Harleysville; sister, Victoria Gibson (Joseph) of Perkiomenville; three nephews, Frank (Caru), Kevin (Tera), and Tim (Anica); and her niece, Maureen (Kevin). Also surviving are Michele and Ruthie, who she cherished like daughters. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Relatives and friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Prayer Service at 5:00 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Carole’s memory to The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA 18901 or to the National Centre for Padre Pio, 111 Barto Road, Barto, PA 19504.
