Bruce R. Sholly, 70, of Jonestown, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. He was the husband of Sheila M. (Boltz) Sholly, and they celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary this past May. Born in Jonestown on February 19, 1951, he was the son of the late Joseph and Verna M. (Baum) Sholly. He graduated from Northern Lebanon High School with the Class of 1969. He worked as a foreman for PennDOT for many years until he retired. Bruce was a member of Living Waters Chapel. He enjoyed hunting, watching sports, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Kristen M. Sholly of Jonestown, Melissa M. wife of Kerry Ollar of Lebanon, Joshua R. husband of Britany Sholly of Landenberg, Jeremiah R. husband of Sarah Sholly of Palmyra, Ethan J. husband of Brooke Sholly of Hummelstown, and Nicolas J. husband of Jaime Sholly of Etters; grandchildren Kylie, Kaleb, Valerie, Logan, Janelle, Thorin, Wren and Eleanor; brother Glenn Sholly of Cornwall; and sister Linda Grumbine of Fredericksburg. He was preceded in death by nine siblings. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 31, 2022, at Living Waters Chapel, 1900 Jay St., Lebanon, PA 17046. There will be a viewing on Sunday, January 30, 2022, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
