Obituary Barry Blake Dunbar, of Empire City, Oklahoma, was born November 13, 1953 in Rapid City, South Dakota to Billy Byrum Dunbar and Arlene Elva (Glasner) Dunbar Stedman. He passed away at the age of 68 on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center. Barry graduated from Central Valley High School. He was a veteran of the US Army serving for 20 years. He also worked at Sooner Trailer in Duncan and the Civil Service at Fort Sill. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his family. He was a hard-working man who loved his family. Barry is survived by his wife, Marilyn Kay Dunbar, of the home; son, Barry B. Dunbar, his wife Nicole, and three grandchildren, all of Germany; stepson, Billy C. Pollock III and his wife Connie, of Central; two grandchildren: Kayla Arbuckle, her husband Jared, and their child Raylyn, of Duncan, and Sabrina Pollock of Central; mother, Arlene Elva Stedman, of Redding, California; two brothers: Bruce Dunbar and wife Inez, of Unionville, Missouri, Bob Ross and wife Debbie, of Redding, California; brother-in-law, Harold and wife Carolyn, of Duncan; sister-in-law, Carol, of Ardmore; and numerous other relatives.
