Eichner, 83 of Mount Pleasant died Monday November 28, 2022 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born June 19,1939 in Mount Pleasant a daughter of the late Samuel and Eva McFaddden McBeth. Barbara was a graduate of the former East Huntingdon Twp. High School. She was a member of the Mount Pleasant Church of the Brethren. She is survived by her daughters, Donna Siwula and her husband Walter of Mount Pleasant and Debbie Harshell and her husband Michael of Derry; three grandchildren, Rachel Pitzer, Katie King and her husband Jimmy and Jessica Harshell; three great grandchildren, Tanner Pitzer, Colten Pitzer and Owen King and a sister-in-law, Mary Lee McBeth of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Ronald P. Eichner; son, Donald Eichner; two infant children, Donald and Eleanor; brothers, Earl, Harold and Kenneth McBeth; sister, Anna Accipiter; sisters-in-law, Helen McBeth and Patty McBeth and brother-in-law, Samuel Accipiter. Family and friends will be received from 4-8 P.M. Thursday in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant where services will be held on Friday at 9:00 A.M. with Rev. Steve Bane officiating. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park.
