Barbara Ann F. Snow (nee Fuller), age 80, of Hammonton, NJ, and formerly of Norfolk, Virginia, East Lansing, Michigan, and many other places across the country…. passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Barbara Ann was born in Hood River, Oregon, the only child of Robert Coshow and Lucille Bernice (nee Dunn) Fuller. She worked for the US Postal Service out of Lansing, Michigan, where she made lifelong friendships. Barbara enjoyed sewing and, with her second husband, established her own business, The Highland Bears and More, where she created custom-made Celtic Bears dressed in traditional Scotch, Irish Celtic Tartans and handmade jewelry. She is predeceased by both of her husbands, Robert Fasciglione, and William Snow, her daughter Lisa Fasciglione, and her four parents, Robert C. and Lucille (nee Dunn) Fuller, Emil A. and Joan (nee Thatcher McInroy) Tiboni. Barbara is survived by her children, Amy Fasciglione, Christopher Fasciglione (Nancy), Justin Fasciglione, James Snow (Emilie), and Ryan Snow (Sharon). She is the loving grandmother of nine. She also leaves behind seven siblings, Pat, George, Trudie (Ken), Joe, Margy (John), Phil, and Craig (Bozena), in addition to multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved very much.
