Loving brother of Paul Battagliese and his wife Tina and Mark Battagliese and his wife Ingrid. Dear uncle of Alexis, Victoria and Angelina. Born in Paterson, he lived most of his life in Totowa. He was an Optician for Lens Crafters, East Hanover for thirty-five years and B.J.’s, Paramus for ten years. He was an avid bass player and played with various musicians. He was also an avid Red Sox fan. He loved his three nieces and his godchildren, they were his world. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering at a later date at Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa. Cremation was private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
