Obituary Michael (Mike) Steven Kaplafka, 65, of Belton, passed away on September 17, 2021 at home, surrounded by his family. Mike was born June 2, 1956 at the VA Hospital in Portsmouth, VA. He is the son of Michael and Bernice (Bunny White) Kaplafka. Mike was a quiet, humble man with a heart of gold that would show through his smile and could light up a room.
