Obituary of Jacob W. Martin Jacob W. Martin, 27, a resident of Gates Ave., Victory Mills, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Saratoga Hospital due to complications from COVID. Born March 15, 1994 in Manchester, NH he was the son of Julia Eustis Martin of Victory Mills and the late Richard D. Martin Jr. Jacob was a graduate of Schuylerville Central School and earned his Associates Degree in General Science from SUNY Adirondack. He was employed at Global Foundries in Malta. His hobbies included fishing, content creating, craft beer, origami, playing saxophone, video gaming, and everything Star Wars. Survivors in addition to his mother Julia Martin, include his brother, Benjamin Martin and sister, Lydia Martin, also of Victory Mills; maternal grandparents, James and Joanne Eustis; paternal grandmother, Helen Martin; several aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral mass will be celebrated for Jacob and his father Richard Martin Jr., 10 am Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Notre Dame-Visitation Church in Schuylerville with Rev. Martin Fisher, officiating. Burial will follow for Richard at 11:30am at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery and Jacob at 12:30pm at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Schuylerville. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-6pm at Flynn Bros. Inc. Funeral Home, 13 Gates Ave, Schuylerville, NY 12871.
