Calvin Dean Weidner 2021

Calvin Dean Weidner, 65, of Catasauqua, passed away at his home on Sunday, June 20, 2021. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of Dolores E. (Winter) and the late Calvin C. Weidner. Affectionately known as, “Dean,” he graduated from Moravian Academy in Bethlehem, and was a self-employed carpenter by trade. He was a triathlete, winning numerous medals across the Lehigh Valley. He also enjoyed hiking with his dog Larissa, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Dean will be missed by all… who knew and loved him. He is survived by his mother, as well as three sisters: Cathy L. Covino of Allentown, Shelly D. Weidner of New York, and Robin D. Michel and her husband Dave Farber of Arizona. Also one niece, Jennifer Denny of Illinois and two nephews: Adam Covino of Allentown and Calvin Michel of Missouri. Graveside service will be held Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 12:00 P.M. in the mausoleum at Hope Cemetery, 225 Church Lane, Kutztown, PA 19530.
