Obituary Becky Alexander passed away on June 9th. She spent roughly her entire 66 years in Watsonville, always anxious to get into mischief. She had a smile for every passerby, a wonderful, yet quirky sense of humor, and was truly generous to a fault. Though she rarely complained, her nearly 40-year battle with Multiple Sclerosis had taken its toll; she was finally ready for the next leg of her journey. Becky is survived by her daughter, Mandy; canine daughter, Gelly; three siblings: Leslie Greensides, Kathy Matulich, and Tim Alexander; and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon & Patricia Alexander. There will be no service, though you are welcome to make a donation to your local animal shelter. Becky always said she would adopt all the sick and stray dogs and cats if she could. That’s just who she was. Mehl’s Colonial Chapel was entrusted with funeral arrangements.
