He was born April 11, 1976, in Niles, MI to Donn Fairchild and Cynthia Barkmann. He attended Niles Schools. He served in the U.S. Navy. David loved his jeeps, guns, canoeing, and restoring old bicycles. His competitive passion for Frisbee golf kept everyone trying to beat him. David is survived by his mother, Cynthia; soulmate and fiancĂ©e, Monica Neuninck; brother, Andrew (Cynthia) Bennett; nephew, Colson Bennett; niece, Aurora Bennett; and his dog, Panzer. He is preceded in death by his father, Donn; grandparents, Bob and Eleanor Fairchild. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made by planting a tree in his memory.
