Dr. Brian Dennis Burg, 49, of Fort Myers Florida, passed away peacefully on the morning of September 12, 2020. He was a loving father, husband, son, brother, friend and doctor to many. Brian‘s greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. He was an active tennis player and golfer, as well as an active member of his church community. He leaves behind his parents Robert and Billie Burg, sister Betsy O’Callaghan, wife Katherine Burg and three beautiful children Samantha, Max and Brooke Burg. A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, Sept. 20th at New Hope Presbyterian Church, located at 10051 Plantation Road, Fort Myers, FL 33966.   3. My wife and I are shocked and saddened by Dr Burg’s passing, he was always upbeat and outgoing. Our sympathies to his family.
    Lee County has lost a great, well respected doctor.
