Carol’s Obituary Carol K. Eharth passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the Inpatient St. Luke’s Hospice House in Bethlehem PA, at the age of 67. She was the wife of Joseph R. Eharth for over 46 wonderful years and resided in Palmer Twp., PA. Carol was born in Wilson Borough, PA, the daughter of the late Richard E. and Gladys B. Knecht. She attended the Wilson School District and was a graduate of Moravian College with a Degree in Medical Technology. She was a member of the Grace Church in Bethlehem. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Carol enjoyed reading, horseback riding, boating and spending time at the beach. In addition to her husband Joe, Carol will be remembered by her sister Janet K. Siegfried of Wilson Borough; daughter Rebecca Huber and husband Michael, and grandson Kaden of Bushkill Twp.; son Matthew Eharth and wife Jonelle, and grandson Matthew of Bushkill Twp. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 11:00 am in Mountain View Wesleyan Church, 1001 Deemer Road, Bath, PA 18014. Masks are encouraged, along with social distancing as is the case these days. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carol’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund, Lehigh Valley Unit, 3893 Adler Place, Suite 170, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
