1931-2020 Jesusita “Jessie” Poland, age 89, a resident of Los Lunas, NM, passed away on July 31, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, Eusebio and Margarita Griego Martinez; siblings, Fulemia Franco-Armijo, Desmesio Martinez, Josephina “Fina” Gallegos, Reynaldo “Naco” Martinez, Gertrudes “Gute” Martinez, Manuel Martinez and Frances “Kika” Otero; and husband, Robert Poland. Jessie is survived by step-children, Ruth Sluder (Rick), Becky Poland and Bobby Poland; step-grandchildren, Richard and Lance Sluder, Marie Stranger, Robert and Becky Poland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who all loved her very much. Per Jesusita “Jessie” Poland, no services will be held at this time and there will be a private memorial and burial in her final resting place in T or C, NM, next to her loving husband. A very special thank you to the Los Lunas Senior Center where Jessie enjoyed many hours with her friends and Calvary Chapel New Harvest. She truly loved her church family.
