Darlington, South Carolina Phillip Wayne Kelly, 70, of Darlington died on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Anderson Cemetery in Timmonsville, directed by Kistler Hardee Funeral Home of Darlington. Phillip was born in Darlington, SC. He was the son of Thelma Wallace Kelly and the late Vance Kelly, Jr. Surviving are his mother, Thelma Wallace Kelly; his daughter, Crystal Kelly; his grandchildren, Casey Kelly, Dylan Carter and Devin Carter; his sisters, Joanna Howell of Florence; Brenda Kelly of Timmonsville; and Debbie Dotson of Timmonsville; and his brother, Terry Kelly of Darlington. Phillip was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Kelly; and by his father, Vance Kelly, Jr. Due to Covid-19, please practice social distancing during the funeral. My name now is Britton Anthony Davis from what I was told Phillip left my mom and I when I was an infant my name then was Phillip Britton Kelly I do not know him I do not have any feelings for him I have never met him my dad is William Harold Davis who adopted me wherever him and my mother got married after the split
