Obituary Mrs. Virginia “Jen” (Isaacs) Coffey, age 75, of Mt. Vernon, KY, passed away Friday, May 29, 2020 at Hospice Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY. Jen was born March 13, 1945 in Waneta, KY, to the late Powell and Goldie (Morris) Isaacs. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, enjoyed reading, sewing, and her flowers. Those left to celebrate her life are her husband: Donald Coffey; two children: Margaret Montgomery, Rebecca England of Mt. Vernon, KY; two grandchildren: Joshua England, Tasheena Miller; two great-grandchildren: Tenay Miller, Aniah Miller; one brother: Lloyd Isaacs of London, KY; and two sisters: Margaret Brewer and Vadna Judd. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister: Vivian Bohnow. Graveside services for Jen Coffey will be Monday, June 1, 2020 at 10:00 am at Oak Hill Cemetery with Bro. Jim Miller officiating. Arrangements are through the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals.
