Obituary of Tina Louise Hilliard Tina Louise Hilliard passed from this life on May 12, 2020 at Dyer Nursing and Rehab Center. Tina was born in Frederick, Maryland on June 30, 1967. She graduated from Peabody High School in 1985. She was the mother of one son, Derek. Tina worked in the service industry for many years. Tina is survived by her son, Derek; her parents, Jewell and Carol Partin, Gary Costner; 12 brothers and sisters; a host of nieces and nephews; and many friends that loved her.
