Obituary Mary Donock Traynor, 83, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2020 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. Mary was born on October 1, 1936 to Frank Donock and Anna Wenger. Mary resided in Hyattsville, MD for most of her life. Mary married her husband David Lee Traynor on April 28, 1956. They were married for 60 years before his death in 2016. She worked for the Board of Education and the Prince George’s County Library for many years. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed playing bingo, chatting with friends, and attending any and all events her children and grandchildren participated in. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, her husband David Traynor Sr., and her daughter Terri Groves. She is survived by her son David Traynor Jr., grandchildren Michael (Kayla) Groves and Kara Groves, and her three great-grandsons. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
