John’s Obituary John Edward Wilkowski III of Oklahoma City passed away at his home on Tuesday, May 19th. He was known to his family and friends as Johnny. Johnny was born on November 27th, 1962 in Oklahoma City to John Wilkowski Jr. and Kathryn Wilkowski. He attended Mt. Saint Mary’s for a time before joining the work force. Johnny enjoyed discussing classic cars and motorcycles, and he was also a gifted artist. He held numerous jobs over the years, many of which involved driving or working on vehicles. He also worked for the Oklahoma City Parks Department where he enjoyed fresh air and working with his hands. Johnny was a free spirit who always marched to the beat of his own drum. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and companion who will be missed. Johnny was preceded in death by His parents, John and Kathryn Wilkowski And his sister, Cheryl Wilkowski-Ford. Johnny is survived by, His longtime friend and companion, Joni Richmond of Oklahoma City, His brothers Robert and wife Kate Wilkowski of Pueblo, Colorado; And Tom Wilkowski, of Oklahoma City. Nieces and Nephews Charlotte Lambert, of Purcell, Oklahoma; Gordon Ford Jr. of Moore; Mary Witten and husband Matthew, of Purcell, Oklahoma; Gregory Ford, of Oklahoma City; Dale Corpron, and wife Chisato of Austin, Texas; Rebecca and husband Bret King, of Murrysville, Pennsylvania. A graveside memorial and inurnment are scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 11 a.m. At St. Teresa of Avila Cemetery in Harrah, Ok. Read More
