David was born on April 5, 1966, in Toledo, to Richard Rumschlag who survives in Fostoria and Harriet (Magers) Martel who preceded him in death. Additional survivors include his step-mother, Donna (Kreger) Rumschlag of Fostoria, a son, Dimitri Rumschlag of Georgia and a sister, Amy Rumschlag of Tiffin. David was preceded in death by his mother, a brother, Richard Allen Rumschlag and a sister, Juliet Rose Rumschlag. David was a United States Army Veteran who served in Germany. There will be no services held at this time. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
