Rebecca’s Obituary Rebecca Irene Hudson, 66, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital in Nacogdoches, Texas. Rebecca was born on March 6, 1954 to Earl Winfred Singer and Juanita H. Hickman in Alexandria, Louisiana. She was a loving mother and homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Hightower of Hemphill, Texas; son, Clinton Hudson and wife, Grace of Hells Corners, Wisconsin; daughter, Amanda Wainwright and husband, Mike of Cudawy, Wisconsin; brother, Barry Singer and wife, Kim of Woodstock, Georgia; sister, Brenda Mann of Plautersville, Texas; grandchildren, Monica, Abby, Kori, Crystal, Cheyenne, and Cayden; nieces and nephews, Becky Carmichael, husband, Trent, and son, Trey, Danae Singer, Daniel Singer, and many other dear friends and relatives. She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl Singer and Juanita Maxey; step father, Troy Maxey; brother-in-law, Clifton Mann. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2020 in Yellowpine Cemetery under the direction of Starr Funeral Home with Bro. Barry Singer officiating.
