Peggy’s Obituary Peggy Lou (Isom) Gross, 75, of Salem, Arkansas passed from this life on Friday, April 17, 2020 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Peggy was born December 9, 1944 to the late Roy Herschel Isom and Lottie Vernice (Henderson) Isom in Bangor, Michigan. Peggy was united in marriage to Raymond Devayne Greer and later married Marshall Jackson Gross. Peggy was a Registered Nurse and spent many years as an instructor of nursing at Ozarka College. Peggy also worked for the Network of Community Options for twenty five plus years and was a member of Immanuel Southern Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School Classes for many years. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. Peggy is survived by her son, Chris Gross and wife Christy of Forestt City, Arkansas; daughter, Yenneke Robinson and husband Stanley Brian of Salem, Arkansas; twenty two grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by both her husbands, two sons (Glenn Jackson and Raymond “Pudge” Devayne Greer, Jr.), grandson (David Jackson), and two brothers (Roy Isom and Roger Isom). Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Lakota Children’s Fund / St. Joseph’s Indian School, P.O. Box 326, Chamberlain, SD 57326).
