Janet’s Obituary Janet L. Hilferink, 84, of East China Township entered eternal life on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. She was born in Flint, Michigan to the late Ivan an Erta Williams. Janet graduated from Fenton High School class of 1954 and continued her education by obtaining a Masters Degree in Teaching. Mrs. Hilferink taught for the East China School District at Washington Elementary for over 20 years. Janet married Hubert K. Hilferink on March 31, 1956. He preceded her in death on June 25, 2015. She is survived by her children, Steven Hilferink of East China Twp., Mike (Diana) Hilferink of Marine City, Ann (William) Griffin of Lambertville, MI and Cheri (Kevin) Mann of East China Twp; grandchildren, Jason, Michael, Nicholas, Graylan, Curtis, Melanie and Tyler and 7 great grandchildren.
