Obituary Helen Jean Mason, 81 of Grafton, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at her residence. She was born in Barbour County, WV, on June 16, 1938, and the daughter of the late Gerald Bolyard and Sarah Jane Shingleton Kozlowsky. Helen is survived by her husband William T. Mason, Grafton. She graduated from Grafton High School Class of 1956. Helen loved to travel, cook, canning, and gardening. She adored her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Helen was a teller and a bookkeeper at the First National Bank and Blueville Bank Grafton, WV. She is survived by three daughters, Tammy Jean Foley and husband Charles, Kathy Lou McDaniel, both of Grafton, Brenda Gail Mason and wife Melissa Chapman, Edmonds, WA., six grandchildren, Andrea, Chazz, Matthew, Brent, Cody and Travis, five great grandchildren, Isabella, K.J., Carder, Aiden, Mason, two sisters, Delores Roman, Conway, PA., Laura Dulworth and husband Alan, Barberton, OH, several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Hayward Bolyard, Gerald Bolyard, and one sister Janet Burnham. At her request she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be at the WV National Cemetery.
