Obituary Obituary of Mrs. Florence M. Hall Florence Mae Hall, 89, of Millsboro, DE peacefully passed away with her husband at her side, in the loving care of her family and Vitas Hospice on March 31, 2020. She was born on November 2, 1930 in New River, Virginia to the late Paul R. and Linda M. Brown. Florence was a beautiful, blue eyed lady, who loved her family. She married James E. Hall on July 4, 1959 and was the loving mother of four children. She was the first lady auctioneer licensed in Delaware where she proudly auctioned at Iron Hill Auction. More recently, she volunteered at The Christian Storehouse in Millsboro, DE. She enjoyed learning new skills and helping others. She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening and was a member of Oak Orchard Community Church. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, James E. Hall, and two sons, James McKee (Colleen), of Newark, DE and David Hall (MaryAnn), of Dover, DE. Her sisters, Ruth Hurst and Shirley LaFrances, brothers, James Brown and Raymond Brown. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Draper and son, George McKee Sr. her brothers, Herschel Brown and Earl Brown. Due to the current State of Emergency, and Corona Virus conditions, her memorial service will be announced sometime after the declaration is lifted. Services will be at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, with Pastor Allen Miller officiating.
