Obituary Ruby Inez Dillard, 91, wife of the late Herbert Dillard, Jr., died Friday, March 6, 2020. Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Myrtle Bryant Banks. Mrs. Dillard was a member of Mauldin First Baptist Church She is survived by her children Jan Hook, and husband Gary; Larry Dillard; and Terry Dillard; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; as well as her sisters, Betty Cote and Dorothy Matthews. She was preceded in death by her son, Herbert Dillard, III; her sister, Viola Cannon; and a grandson. A visitation will be held Thursday, March 12, 2020, from 12:00 PM until 1:15 PM at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Southeast, followed by the Funeral Service at 1:30 PM in the chapel. Burial will be in Mauldin First Baptist Church Cemetery.
