Sympathies message

  1. Dear Mrs. Sousa, There’s no reason that you would remember me,, but I’m the woman whose car scraped Bobby’s truck on Bridge Street, Northampton. Whether or not you remember me, I will always remember the kindness of your husband: A nice, thoughtful, and honest man. We kept in contact via text for a few months after the accident – praying for each other’s sicknesses, as well as sicknesses of family members. When I didn’t hear from him after my last text, I tried one more time… then assumed that Bobby had gone to his Maker. I was struck by his deep faith and complete surrendering to God’s will. If only we all could have his beliefs! As I was clearing out some old texts today, I came across his, so decided to check on his well-being… and saw his obituary. Please accept – belatedly – my sincere condolences on the passing of your husband.
