Rush Springs: Mickey Lynn Richardson, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 in Rush Springs, at the age of 58. At the family’s request cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time. Cremation and all other arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs. Mickey was born Thursday, January 25, 1962 in Duncan, to John B. and Betty L. (Garrett) Richardson. He lived in the Stephens and Grady County area most of his life and had attended school at Bray and Velma. Mickey married his loving wife, Donna Finley in Marlow on April 15, 1978; they were married for 41 years before his passing. Mickey enjoyed working in the oilfield for many years before retiring. He liked to go fishing and attending auctions. Mickey loved spending time with his family whom he loved dearly. Survivors include his wife, Donna Richardson of the home, 2 sons, Michael Richardson of Cox City, James Richardson of Cox City, a granddaughter, Casidy Jane Richardson, 2 grandsons, Zeth Benjamin Richardson, Chestin James Richardson, and his mother, Betty Devibaugh of Cox City. He is also survived by 2 brothers, John Benjamin Richardson and wife Wanda of Loco, Kenny Dale Lawson of Loco, a sister, Jaunita Louise Richardson of Duncan, as well as several nieces and nephews, and a host of great friends. Along with his father, Mickey was preceded in death by a sister, Avy Jo Richardson.
