Lois’ Obituary Lois Pauline (Farris) Dennis, a life-long resident of Yale, OK, passed away on March 3, 2020, at her residence at the age of 80. Funeral service for Lois will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 6, 2020 at Fellowship Baptist Church, Yale, with Bro. Mich Dershem officiating. Burial will be at Lawson Cemetery under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home. Lois was born in Vinita, OK on October 21, 1939, the daughter of James Earl and Myrtle Elizabeth (Lanam) Farris. She married Charles Dennis on February 18, 1958. Through their union they were blessed with four daughters: Darla, Janet, Lynda and Jeannie. Lois was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She was recently confined to home and was so disappointed that she was unable to attend church and be with her church family. Above all things Lois was a dear friend and beloved child of God. She is survived by three daughters and their spouses, Darla Wright (Terry) of Lawton, Ok; Lynda Turner of Guthrie, OK; JeannieTaylor,(Frank Hulnik) of Yale son-in-law: J.C. Cobble of Yale, OK, her sister and brother-in-law, Helen and John Hammond of Lawton; her grandchildren and spouses Vanessa Kelleher (Jimmy), Lawton; TJ Wright, Lawton; April Ince (Adam), Stillwater; Heather Miller (Austin), Terrell; Nathan and Brandon Cobble, Yale; CJ Wilson of Guthrie and Nick Wilson of Oilton,12 great-grand children, numerous other relatives, and her beloved Yorkies Molly and Little Bit.
