Joan’s Obituary Joan K. Kincaid, 76, of Goshen died Friday, March 27, 2020 at Green House Village. She was born November 10, 1943 in Goshen. Joan was a 1961 graduate of Goshen High School On July 27, 1984 she married James E. Kincaid in Goshen. He survives along with a son, Brian (Jenni) Russell of Waxhaw, North Carolina; her daughters, Sherri (David) Fox of South Bend and Marcie (Alan) Ritchie of Mishawaka; step-children, Laura Snider of Richmond, Virginia, Paul (Jennifer) Kincaid of Scottsville, Virginia and Tim (Jill) Kincaid of Mt. Crawford, Virginia; 18 grandchildren; a great grandchild; and three sisters, Janis (Ray) Yoder, Jeanette Hess and Marilyn Graber, all of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her father, Doyle Berry and her mother, Erma (Weaver) Kulp. The family wishes to share a poem written by Joan in 1970; A rose bud, so delicate and small, I embraced it with my hands, then I brushed away a tear. A rose in bloom, so fragrant and full, I embraced it with my hands, then I brushed away a tear. A rose after its glory, so wilted and dead. I embraced it with my hands, then I brushed away a tear. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory. Memorial gifts may be directed to Goshen Home Care and Hospice. Read More
