Leslie’s Obituary Leslie Pearl Thomas(Brown) was born May 01, 1965, to the late Alyce Faye Tillman, and James Thomas, in Pine Bluff, AR. She was called home to glory February 3, 2020, in Amarillo, TX. She was raised by her grandparents, Willie and Tillar Tillman in Gould, AR where she was introduced to Christ at Bailey Chapel United Methodist Church, at an early age. She attended Gould Public Schools and graduated in 1983. Throughout her life, she traveled and lived everyday like it was her last. She was a housewife for 12 years before returning to work as a nurse. She spent her final years doing what she loved, taking care of people. She was truly loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed. Leslie was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lee Brown, her oldest daughter, Baby Spencer, her parents, Alyce Faye TIllman and James Thomas, grandparents, Willie & Tillar Tillman, her aunt, Juanita Thomas, and her uncle, Willie Lee Tillman. She leave to cherish her memories 6 children: Willie Barnes of San Diego, CA, Leroy Spencer(Marquitta Wilson) of North Little Rock, AR; Leomia Spencer of North Little Rock, AR; Darennette Spencer(Teddrick Westmoreland) of Killeen, TX, Larada & Alex Brown of Amarillo, TX; her brother, Kenneth Ray Tillman(Felicia Tillman); 18 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and very good friends.
