She was born July 30, 1974 in Bay City, MI to Robert and Janie (Mossner) Partlo. Jennifer married Charles McComas on August 7, 2004 in Silverwood, MI. She enjoyed 3D diamond painting, car shows and spending time with family. Jennifer is survived by her husband, Charles; sons, Thomas Cotton, James (Kayla Ulmer) Partlo and Charles McComas II; two grandchildren, Makala and Layla; brother, John Partlo; sister, Sarah (Justin Ruschke) Arnott; two nephews, Johnny Partlo and Jax Ruschke. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Partlo and Janie (Mossner) Arnott; and sister, Rochelle Putnam. The Family will receive visitors from 4-7 PM on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the Avram Funeral Home. A Service of Remembrance will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the Avram Funeral Home, 6028 Lincoln St., Mayville, MI 48744.
