Obituary Irene A. Murphy, age 94, died peacefully on February 6, 2020 at Roberts Health Centre. She was the husband of the late John Francis Murphy. Irene was born in East Providence, a daughter of the late Ricardo and Mary (Travers) Almeida. She had worked as a housekeeping supervisor with environmental services at RI Hospital and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital for many years.
