On Tuesday, February 11, 2020, Frank James Hughes (Boo), passed away at the age of 42, at CAMC Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Frank was born on August 11, 1977 in Charleston, WV to David and Frankie Hughes. He is preceded in death by his father David Hughes. He is survived by his girlfriend of 11 years Misty Hanning, their daughter Sarah Hughes Cedar Grove, WV, Mother Frankie Hughes Indianapolis, Indiana, Son Brandon Hughes Saint Albans, WV, Brothers and sister in laws Victor and Mary Rybolt Indianapolis, Indiana, Stanley and Kimberly Anderson Walton, Kentucky, and Melvin and Libby Hughes Indianapolis Indiana, many nephews and nieces. Frank worked for the Town of East Bank as water and sewer supervisor. He was a talented artist and tattoo artist. When he was not at work he was always working on something or helping someone. He worked hard to improve his life and to overcome his past. He will be missed by many. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 3:00 pm, at Sharon Church of God. Pryor funeral home is serving the Hughes family.
