Obituary Mr. Ernest Bronzell “Bronze” Dunkin age 72 of Greers Ferry, Arkansas passed away Friday, February 14, 2020 at UAMS in Little Rock. He was born March 28, 1947, in Etowah, Arkansas the son of the late Thomas Edward and Roxie Opal Morgan Dunkin. He attended school at Missco High School in Mississippi County, Arkansas and was employed many years with Chuck Hutton Chevrolet in Memphis as a Finance and Insurance representative. He also served his country for a few years in the Army Reserves. He enjoyed the outdoors. He loved joking around and picking at people, spending time hunting and fishing, loved old westerns, loved traveling and site seeing and was an avid music lover. Mr. Dunkin was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 44 Years, Frances Ann Dunkin; one sister, Carroll Brown; two brothers, Ferrall Dunkin and twin brother Ercell Dunkin. Survivors include one son, Ernest “Ernie” Dunkin and wife Michelle of Lakeland, TN; two grandchildren, Hunter Dunkin and Sarah Kate Dunkin: his girlfriend of six years, Becky Ferguson of Heber Springs, Arkansas and many friends. A visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Heber Springs Funeral Home with the service beginning at 1:00 pm. Interment will be in Shiloh Crossroads Cemetery near Greers Ferry, Arkansas. To send flowers to Ernest’s family, please visit our floral section.
