Emma’s Obituary Mrs. Emma Riley-Noble entered into rest on Thursday, February 20, 2020. Funeral service will be held on Saturday February 29, 2020 at 11:00 am at Williams Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Larry Noble officiating. Survivors includes her loving husband of 41 years, William Noble; children, Lashaundra Noble(Kenneth Adams) and William J. (Stephanie) Noble; sister, Bertha Forde; brother;Reverend Samuel Riley; nine grandchildren; three great- grandchildren and a host of other relatives.The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
