Donald R. Carson, age 71, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at his home. He was born May 12, 1948, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, son of the late Earl and Martha Carson. He was a 1966 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a graduate of West Virginia Tech, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in business.
