David’s Obituary David Scott Beckler passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at his home in the Iselin section of Woodbridge Township. He was 48 years old. Born in Edison, he resided in Iselin for most of his life. David was employed as a Train Inspector with New Jersey Transit for the past 25 years. He enjoyed being a personal fitness trainer for some time and his passion for the gym and a healthy lifestyle was something he liked to share with others. He was loved by so many for great reasons. Dave was the definition of love. His sincere concern, affection and generosity for people he met, even in passing, was truly special. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. Surviving are his wife, Nicole Eger Beckler; mother, Dolores Colangelo Eitelberg, of Iselin; father, Donald Beckler, of Boca Raton, FL; sisters and brothers, Dina Zwigard of Morristown, Donald Beckler of Hacketstown, Jordon Beckler of Vero Beach, FL and Renee Romano of South Amboy; and nieces, Megan, Ryan, Taylor, Brittany, Madison, and Morgan as well as many close friends who he considered family. Private funeral services were held under the direction of Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, Woodbridge. Read More
