He was born September 17, 1926 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Cummins retired from H & R Block. He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Alpha Omega Speck Ratcliffe; wife, Edna (Nan) Ratcliffe; son, Stephen Ratcliffe and a step-daughter, Jenelle Lawhon. He is survived by his daughter, Sandy Boultinghouse and husband Michael; daughter-in-law, Bettye Ratcliffe; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 2 at Pine Crest Memorial Park. The family would like to thank the nurses & staff at Beebe Retirement Center and Searcy Hospice.
