Connie J. Patton, 78, of Bloomfield, passed away at 8:02 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon. Born July 27, 1941 in Owen County, she was the daughter of Dave and Laura (Burton) McNeal. She was a homemaker. Surviving relatives include: her husband, Estel Patton; children, Sherry, Glenda, Linda, Cathy, Estel, Dave, Bill, Tom, Tim and Misty; one brother, Alvie McNeal; one sister, Barbara Five; thirty-four grandchildren and fifty great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Nancy Warthan, brothers, Jack, Stan and Clifford McNeal, and her grandchildren, Billy Joe, Bobby Joe, Sarah and Jason. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Erin Raper officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday and 1 hour prior to services on Tuesday at the funeral home. The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Jenkins Funeral Home.
