Obituary Carissa Carol Marlene Ogan-Jones Carissa was born on August 21, 1997 to Angie and Kelly Chase in Salt Lake City, Utah. She passed away on December 24, 2019. Carissa was 22 years old. She is survived by her parents Angie and Kelly, her husband: Sam; her son: Tidus her brothers: Jaden and Dallas. Grandparents: Marlene Ogan, Floyd and Beverly Chase, aunts and uncles Laurie and David St Andre, April and Jeff Redmond, Shantae Ogan and Travis Chase and many cousins. Preceded in death by her grandfather; David Ogan and great grandparents: Ivan Hodges, Jr., Donna Hodges and Erma Nielsen, Elma and Glen Clark.
