Obituary William E. “Bill” Hogelin, 98, of Parsons, died at 10:54 a.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the Good Samaritan Center in Parsons. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, at the Memorial Lawn Cemetery Patio, with Rev. Wayne Mason officiating and with military honors given by the Parsons V.F.W. Post # 704.
