Obituary William E. “Bill” Hogelin, passed away at 10:54 a.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2020 surrounded by his loved ones at Good Samaritan Nursing Home. He would have celebrated his 99th birthday on June 21, 2020. Bill was born and raised in Mound Valley, KS and was married to Joyce Dailey Hogelin for 65 years before her passing in 2008.
