Virginia’s Obituary Virginia Joyce Jones Baker, 84, of Aubrey, TX, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020 in Pilot Point, TX. She was born August 28, 1935 in Sanger, TX to Wesley Leeper and Zelma (Hyde) Long. Virginia married Delbert B. Jones on October 25, 1952 in Aubrey, TX and he preceded her in death on December 12, 1994. She later married Garlin Baker who preceded her in death in 2019. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Melba Jones Baxter and husband Felton Robinson of Aubrey, TX; grandchildren, Robbie Baxter and wife Tammy of Tuscola, TX and Krystal Thurston of Lewisville, TX; great-grandchildren Bryce Baxter and Braid Baxter both of Tuscola, TX; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Zelma; and sister, Mary Jo Belcher. Visitation will be held 1:00PM-2:00PM, Friday, January 17, 2020 at Faith Assembly Church in Aubrey, TX and the funeral service will begin at 2:00PM with Clarence Dalrymple and Buddy Owens officiating.
