Obituary Norman Lindsay, Sr., age 76, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Mountain View Assisted Living in Hendersonville. Norman was a generous man, which would give the shirt off his back to anyone that needed it. He served in the United States Army and will be remembered as a stand up and respectful man that all looked up too. His family cannot remember a time that he complained and will miss the love that he always expressed to them. Norman was a Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed watching their games. He is survived by six children, Norman Lindsay, Jr., and fiancé Heather Harris of Old Fort, Latoya Godfrey and husband John of Marion, Letitia O’Neil and Husband Pete of Old Fort, Michael Corpening of Rutherford, Nicholas Lindsay of Raleigh and Valencia Lindsay of Rutherford; a brother, James Lindsey; a sister, Gloria Lindsay; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
