Marshall Monroe Taylor 69, of Elkmont,AL died Monday, January 13, 2020 at his residence. Born Saturday, September 2, 1950 in Athens, AL, he was the son of Harris Talmadge Taylor and Ruby Leona Hughes Taylor. Marshall was a founding member of Faith Tabernacle Pentecostal Church. He physically helped build the church building. He worked at the Pants Factory in Ardmore, Tn for 30+ years. While there he went to Jamica and Haiti to set up new clothing plants.
