Loretta’s Obituary Loretta Joyce Smith Hodge, 70 of Camden, AR passed away, Sunday, January 26, 2020 at her home. She was born June 30, 1949 in Tinsman, AR to Hoy, Jr. and Minnie Maxine Gray Smith. She was a retired supervisor at Tracor. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Danny C. Hodge; mother-in-law, Mary Maylene Hodge; brothers, Charles Smith and Larry Smith. She is survived by her daughters, Melinda Beckham VanAssche (Jamie) and Kathy Beckham; grandchildren, AnnMarie VanAssche (C. J.), Jacob VanAssche and AnnaLisa VanAssche; great grandchildren, De’Anthony “D. J.”, Mia, Amelia and Mekhi Veasy all of Camden, AR, Jordan Hodge-Foster and Aaron Williams of Carriere, MS and Jessica May (Nick) of Camden, AR; brother, Terry Smith of Georgia; step daughters, Carol Hodge-Foster (Ivan) of Carriere, MS and Debbie Voss (John) of Camden, AR; a host of family and friends; and her dog, Jasmine. The family will receive friends from 5-8PM Wednesday at the funeral home. A private memorial will be held at a later date. Read More
